How is the French quality?+

We use Cartesia for Quebec French voices and Claude Haiku 4.5 as the language model. Both are tested against Quebec idioms and "vous" by default. ElevenLabs is available as a premium upgrade if you want even more natural prosody.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal in your dashboard. No contracts. 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month.

What if the AI says something wrong?+

Every response is grounded in your knowledge base. Each call gets a quality review pass that flags hallucinations. If you find a mistake, you'll see it in the call transcript and can update your knowledge base in seconds.

Where is my data stored?+

Can it transfer to me when needed?+

Yes. You configure escalation rules in onboarding — when a caller insists on a human, when there's a complaint, when there's an emergency, etc. The AI uses the transfer_call tool to route to your cell.
