Are minutes really unlimited?
Yes — Scale and Growth have no per-minute meter. The only cap is our spam circuit breaker, which auto-cuts inbound at 3× your daily-average volume to block bot floods. Real customers never hit it.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from the dashboard at any time. Changes are prorated to the day. Number, history, and integrations stay intact.
Is there a free trial?
14 days, full feature access, no credit card. You can run Callara in parallel with your existing setup so no calls are lost during evaluation.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (≈17% discount). Switch from monthly to annual any time, prorated.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees. No per-minute fees on Scale and Growth. The only optional add-ons are extra locations on Scale ($45/mo each — unlimited on Growth) and the upcoming Front Desk Kiosk.
